Other Works — Below is a small collection of other pieces done throughout the years of my life. Some were part of my art education while others were done as gifts to loving people whom I had the opportunity to cross paths with. Most of these are in private collections of family and friends, some though are available as prints for those I have indicated such after the title.

Deer in Moonlight

Memories. Scraps of who we were, evidence of the places we’ve been. When I close my eyes I can see the full moon, same as seeing it twenty years ago. The stars are up and no wind blows the clouds, the pine trees are still. Everything is quiet. The deer run over the hill, straight toward me, leaving tracks on the whitewashed ground. When they realize they’re not alone, they stop for a second to stare. Then they’re gone. But the snapshot in my mind stays, an unforgettable mile marker. I look at it and time rewinds.
